She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Burrell and Malinda Burrell (Hutmacher); her husband Nolen Sheehan; her sister Mary Kay; and her great grandchild Ramsey.
She is survived by: her son Danny Sheehan (Joann) of Trowbridge, IL; her grandchildren, Ashley Monroe (Dennis) of Huntingtown, MD, Andrew Sheehan of Mattoon, IL, Tyler Sheehan (Brittany) of Trowbridge, IL and Trentin Sheehan (Amber) of Strasburg, IL; her great grandchildren, Mykenzie, James, Mikayla, John Monroe, Sadie, Patrick Sheehan, Eli, Lucas, Camdyn Sheehan, Hunter and Deacon Sheehan; and her siblings, Ruth (Robert Short) of Neoga, IL and Dave (Joyce Burrell) of Teutopolis, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (405 S Henrietta St, Effingham, IL 62401). A rosary was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Sacred Heart Catholic School of Effingham, IL, or to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital of Memphis, TN.
