She is survived by: her children, Theresa, Kevin and Christopher; her close friend Dennis; her siblings, Dianne Miselbrook (late Fred), Frank Fulk (Dale), Tony Fulk (late Lois), Lisa Fulk (Lenny Thoele), Cubia Acree (James) and Joe Hembree (Jean); her stepsisters, Linda Bosley (Charlie), Lois Martin (late Perry), Margie Moore (Terry) and Cindy Cook (Roger); her niece Diona Griffy (Andy); and her friend Tammy Linton-Myers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
