He is survived by: his mother Kay Spain (Guffey) of St. Elmo; his sister Pam Haslett (Tim) of St. Elmo; his stepsons, Grant Green (Trisha) of Salem and Matt Green of Salem; his nieces and nephews, Travis Haslett of St. Elmo, Tyler Haslett of St. Elmo, Toby Haslett (Jeni) of St. Elmo, Traci Thoele (Josh) of Indiana and Taylor Forston (Neal) of Indiana; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Silas Haslett, Parker Haslett, Saylor Haslett, Mason Thoele, Colson Thoele and Carter Thoele; and his aunt Linda Miller of South Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Avena Township Cemetery or the donor's choice.
