He is survived by: his sister Carol Kinkelaar of Laguna Woods, CA; his nephews, Shawn Kinkelaar of Effingham, IL and Brad Kinkelaar (Le Anne) of Newport Coast, CA; and his niece Angie Moore (Tim) of Bloomington, IL. He is also survived by 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews, and many other extended family.
