She was predeceased by: her father Bernard Carey; her husband Roger P. Reynolds; her son Roger M. Reynolds; her grandsons, Roger V. Reynolds and Colin B. Woods; and her siblings, Tony Carey, Bertie Carey, Florie French and Mae Lyons.
She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Carey; her children, Thomas Reynolds (Lori), Rosemary Reynolds, Geraldine Haloup, Angela Woods (Daniel), Brian Reynolds (Jenn) and Diane Walsh; and her sibling's children, John Lyons, John Reynolds, Thomas Reynolds (Marian) and Aileen Arsenault Eglington. She is also survived by loving mother who always put her children.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (1110 N 4th St, Effingham, IL 62401). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Annunciation Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to Catholic Charities or Effingham Family Life Center.
