It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Beals of Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marilyn Beals to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Keith Beals; and her siblings, Eileen Wente, Roland, Gene and George.

She is survived by : her sons, Kevin (Barbara) of Lake Mattoon and Kurt of Effingham; her siblings, Ruth White, Sandra LeCrone and Roger; and her granddaughters, Carly Marie Beals, Kelsy Joelle Mayse and Shaina Lynelle Wood. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Centenary United Methodist Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
