She is survived by: her husband Harold Sams; her children, Leslie Sams, Donna Kutcher and Dan Sams (Margie); her grandchildren, Christine Edwards (Patrick), Bryan Hoff (Makenzie Lystrup), Rachel Tucker (Josh), Ben Sams (Stephanie), Robby Sams (Tiffany), Neil Sams (Tesla Ford), Jake Kutcher (Jenny) and Jayme Martin (Ross); and her great grandchildren, Sydney Edwards, Ian French, Garrett Wilson, Chase Martin, Maddie Martin, Keagan Martin, Kinsley Martin, Tenley Sams, Beckett Sams, Rory Sams, Jack Kutcher and Everlee Kutcher.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church or the Effingham Animal Shelter.
