She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Wolfert and Katheryn Wolfert (Rieman); her husband Cornelius A. "Al" Wendt, Jr.; and her children-in-law, Arnie Rexroad and Carol Wendt.
She is survived by: her children, Tom (Debbe) of Chesterfield, MO, Donna Schwerman (Charles) of Effingham, Ron Wendt of Effingham and Cathy Rexroad of Effingham; her brothers, Art Wolfert and Larry Wolfert (Sharon); her sister-in-law Verena Allen; and her grandchildren, Jamie Antisdel, Charlie Schwerman, Lindsey Storm, Jill Verdeyen, Jeff Wendt, Shannon Bennett, Mark Gibson and Cody Rexroad. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Anthony Schools or to the charity of the donor's choice.
