It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monica Terry Spinner of Effingham, Illinois, born in Maryville, Missouri, who passed away on September 5, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Parks and Irene Parks (Shay); her siblings, Dennis Parks, Gary Parks and Barrie Reynolds; her brother-in-law Brady Reynolds; and her nephews, Joseph and James "Deg" Reynolds.
She is survived by: her daughter Teri Miller; her grandsons, Kendrick Miller and Jordan Miller; her sister-in-law Cecilia Parks; and her sibling's children, Jennifer Pratt (Marty), Summer Parks, Kent Reynolds (Lori) and Mike Reynolds (Amanda). She is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews; and a few special cousins.
