He is survived by: his significant other Debra Followell; his children, Christopher Followell, Shaylyn Thompson, Brandon Followell (Amy) and Brett Followell (Hannah); his grandchildren, Jeremy, David (Sarah) and Thomas (Allison); and his sisters, Marie Stortzum (Jack), Helen Followell, Trudy Butcher (Robert) and Tammy Jo Boyt (Buddy). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
