Roger D. Maxedon Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Roger D. Maxedon of Effingham, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Maxedon and Edith Maxedon (Preston). He is survived by: his wife Patricia White; his daughter Anita Key (Tom) of Sullivan; his stepchildren, Daryl White (Jennifer), Lori Poorman (Brett) of Sullivan and Amy Kohnert (Randy) of Watson; and his siblings, Bob Maxedon (Phyllis), Phyllis Loy and Jerry Maxedon. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McMullin-Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services - Sullivan (503 W Jackson St, Sullivan, IL 61951). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
