It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Agnes Hoene of Effingham, Illinois, born in Teutopolis, Illinois, who passed away on May 13, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Pruemer and Frank Pruemer; her siblings, Larry Pruemer, Norma Jean Apke (Alice Pruemer) and Mary Ellen Kremer (John); her husband John Hoene; her son Thomas; her grandson Tyler; and her grandchildren-in-law, Dorothy Schumacher (Harry), Lorraine Althoff (Tom), Lawrence Apke, Joe Pruemer (Rosella), Bernard Pruemer and Arthur Pruemer.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Michael School New Building Fund.
