With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Zerrusen of Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on May 12, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Zerrusen and Vera Zerrusen (Starkey); and his siblings, Mary Jane Zerrusen, Penny Zerrusen and Michael Zerrusen.
He is survived by: his wife Laura "Kate" Zerrusen of Effingham; his daughter Jackie Williams of Neoga; his grandchildren, Jared Yager (Randi) and Shelbi Yager; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Lane, Reed Yager and Ivy Sparling; and his siblings, Tim Zerrusen (Carolyn) of Toledo, Lynne Lidster of Effingham, Jeanine Miller of Effingham, Tammy Douthit (Jeff) of Effingham, Jeff Zerrusen of Peoria, Patrick Zerrusen of Effingham and Becky Tedrick (Dave) of Greenup.
