He is survived by: his children, Keith Utz of Charleston, Cheryl Will (Mike) of Effingham, Carrie Spour (Mark) of Sigel and Karl Utz (Carla) of Effingham; his grandchildren, Kyle Spour (Mark Meyer) of St. Louis, MO, Christopher Spour (Jessica) of Beecher City, Brandon Spour (Temara) of Neoga, Colby Utz of Nashville, TN, Carson Utz of Chicago and Connor Will of Effingham; his great grandchildren, Harlan McConkey of Beecher City, Iris Spour of Beecher City, Thea Spour of Beecher City, Lena Spour of Beecher City, Leti Spour of Beecher City, Norah of Neoga, Dawson of Neoga, Charlett of Neoga and Lane Spour of Neoga; his brothers, Bob Utz of Effingham and Kevin Utz (Kathy) of Effingham; and his sister-in-law Marg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials in Tom's memory may be made to Camp New Hope.
