With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Timothy J. Mahon of Effingham, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Timothy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Timothy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Mahon and Rita C. Mahon (Riemann) of Effingham. He is survived by: his siblings, David Mahon (Sherri) and Margie Willenborg (Dan) of Effingham. He is also survived by several nephews, a niece, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials may be made to the Effingham County Humane Society.
