It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilburn Lee Webb of Effingham, Illinois, born in Watson, Illinois, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Edgar and Ida Mae Webb (Livingston); and his son Gregory Lee Webb. He is survived by : his wife Gretta Darlene Boswell; his daughters, Julia Awalt of Charleston, IL and Donna Wurl (James) of Lebanon, MO; his grandchildren, Joshua Awalt (Katie), Jessica Seba (Antonio) of Charleston, IL, Jennifer Wurl (Seth McBride) and Andrea Woolsey (Cory) of Conway, MO; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Lincoln, Lucy, Wesley, Maverick, Nora and Isaiah; and his siblings, Elizabeth Schultz (Ray) of Dieterich, IL, Edgar Webb (Brigitte) of Colorado Springs, CO and Thomas Earl Webb (Janice) of Effingham, IL.
