He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Frese and Loretta Frese (Goebel); his sister Martha "Mert" McMahon (Larry); and his sister-in-law Karlene Frese. He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Seely of Effingham; his children, William (Amy) of Effingham, Bradley of Teutopolis and Lori Ohnesorge of Teutopolis; his grandchildren, Bailey Frese (James Williams), Kole Ohnesorge, Katelyn Frese, Lane Ohnesorge and Brayden Frese; his great grandchild JJ Williams; and his siblings, Mike Frese, Pete Frese (Joyce Waitkus), Lucy Kenter (Richard) and Patty Zerrusen (Thomas).
