He is survived by: his wife Sue; his stepson Clint Hayworth (Candace); his sisters, Nancy Hayton, Carol Trybull (Larry) and Sheryl Keiler (Bill); and his nieces and nephews, Kim Beckstrom and Katie Wood.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williams-Kampp Funeral Home (430 E Roosevelt Rd, Wheaton, IL 60187). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Assumption Cemetery (1S510 Winfield Rd, Wheaton, IL 60189).
