He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fitzer; his children, Mike Kinsella (Kristin) of Elburn, IL, Kathleen Rexroade (Victor) of Phoenix, AZ and Colleen Kinsella (Matthew Grushkin) of Ft. Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Sadie, Matthew, Harper Kinsella, Caleb, Max, Helen and Penelope Rexroade; his brothers, Bruce Kinsella (Lisa) and Steven Kinsella (Kris); his sister-in-law Debra Jo Kinsella; and his parent-in-law Jean Fitzer.
