He is survived by: his wife Tammy (Freeman); his children, Joanne Scalzitti of Cortland, Judy Tonry (David) of South Carolina and Richard Scalzitti of New Jersey; his sister Betty Linder; his grandchildren, Stephen, Michael, Brian and Kaitlin Tonry; his great grandchild Amelia Tonry; his stepchildren, Eric Groth (Becky) of St. Charles, Christy Phillips of Plato Center and Heather Szarmach (Brian); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Benjamin, Rachel Morris (Noah), Emmanuel, Elijah, Judah, Daniel, Genevieve Groth, Megan, Jack O'Brien and Chris Phillips.
