She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Sissel and Jolene Sissel. She is survived by: her husband Jack Welborn; her children, Jessica Leigh Welborn and Jackson Welborn; and her siblings, David Sissel (Rhonda Carey), Michael Sissel (Beth) and Rhonda Lynn Sissel. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a family of friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to any local dog shelters or libraries.
