He is survived by: his former wife Janis Doll; his wife Libby Henderson; his children, Todd Sladek (Wendy), Claire Sladek (Michael Essig), Andrew Bochnovic (Susie) and James Bochnovic (Allyssa); his grandchildren, Ava, Riley and Koda; and his sisters, Ruth Storey and Jan Waas (Mike).

Mark always had a smile on his face and he was always glad to see me. I will miss him very much.
