He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carter and Barbara Carter. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Carter; his sons, Ryan Carter and Trey Carter (Andrea); his granddaughter Abigail Carter; his brothers, Scott Carter (Debbie) and Tim Carter (Linda); and his pet Libby.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Elburn Lions Park (500 Filmore St, Elburn, IL 60119).
