He is survived by: his wife Mary Diehl; his sister Carol Cibulskis; his brother-in-law Donald McLaughlin (Mary Agnes); and his siblings, Elmer Diehl (Eleanor), Raymond Diehl, Franklin Diehl, George Diehl (Ann), David Diehl (Joyce), Edward Diehl (Patricia), Marcia, Mary Jane Nagel (Robert) and Dorothy Kuhn (Bernard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
