He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth "Beth" Welborn and William "Bill" Jackson Welborn Jr. (Jack); his wife Lesa Welborn; and his brother Tom Welborn. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Leigh Welborn and Jackson Welborn; and his siblings, Graham Welborn (Cheryl Loretan) and Elizabeth Gould (Michael). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
