He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Mosby and Lucille Mosby (Zirkelbach); and his wife Mary Ellen Couser. He is survived by: his children, Tim Mosby (Diana) of Houston, TX, Tammy Mosby of Morganfield, KY and Debbie Golden of Harrisburg; his siblings, Janet Foster (Doug) of Stonefort, Sharon Grimes (Jim) of Harrisburg and Brian Mosby (Annette) of Olney; his grandchildren, Cole Mosby, Emma Mosby, Justin Golden (Steff), Dylan Golden, Hannah Golden and Maggie Hathaway; and his great grandchildren, Layla Golden, Harper Golden and Peyton Golden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
