She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottie Ray and Stella Marshall (Fort); her husband Luther "Luke" Keedy; her son Terry Keedy; her daughter-in-law Laurie Keedy; her siblings, Phyllis King, Virginia Dunn, Don Marshall, Bob Marshall and Kenneth Marshall; and her siblings' children, Diane Marshall and Clarence "Butch" Marshall.

She is survived by: her sibling's children, Kathryn Marshall, Pat Blanchard, Kay Cate, Kris McHenry, Kelly King and Don Marshall; and her stepgrandson Jason Hall.
