She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bristow and Nellie Mae Bristow Jr. (Bumgarner); her husband Don Thomas Sr.; her children, Donald Gene Thomas, Jr. and Ginny Adams; and her siblings, Rita Cornaghie and Burt Bristow.

She is survived by: her daughter Mary A. Combs of Eldorado; her grandchildren, Jami Dunk (Paul) of Dupo, Ashley Sanders of Harrisburg, Jared Combs of Eldorado, Craig Adams (Brett) of Harrisburg and Sean Adams (Brittany) of Galatia; her great grandchildren, Gabe, Evan, Carter Dunk of Dupo, Harley, Graycee, Finlay Adams of Galatia, Griffin, Fletcher Adams of Harrisburg and Jayce Combs of Eldorado; and her siblings, Ronnie Bristow (Pam) of Tennison, Indiana, Linda Simpson of Cave and Alan Bristow of Harrisburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
