It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Dean Horn of Eldorado, Illinois, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Richard E.; and his siblings, L. Wanda Markham, Barbara Threet, Jr., Thomas Horn, Don Horn, Vernon Horn, Betty Vaughn, Marjorie Perkins and Verma Russell.

He is survived by : his sister Carolyn Lewis of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
