Though Edward may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Edward touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Thacker and Martha Thacker; his wife Janet; and his sisters, Mildred Hayes and Claudine Awalt.
He is survived by: his sisters, Carmeta McConnell of Junction and Sue Padget of Marion, KY.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cottonwood Cemetery.
