He is survived by: his partner Rick Johnson; his nieces and nephews, Jody Nutt (Natasha), Abi Rettinghaus, Angie Messmer and Caleb Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Angie Rettinghaus (Eric) and Danny Johnson.
