He was predeceased by : his parents, Gene Cantrell and Shirley Cantrell; his grandparents, Paul, Catherine Kingston, Hymen and Margaret Cantrell; and his uncle Sidney Kingston.

He is survived by : his wife Nedra Turner; his stepsons, Levi of Eldorado and Brock Cantrell of Eldorado; his brothers, Mark Cantrell (Vicki) of Herod and Eric Cantrell (Tammy) of Eldorado; and his aunt Beverly Simmons (Nolan) of Cave. He is also survived by friends, nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws he loved.
