He is survived by : his mother Annabelle Smith (Finley) of Omaha, IL; his daughters, Alissa Smith of Thompsonville, IL. and Stephanie Smith of Carterville, IL; his grandchildren, Logan, Caroline, Cera and Constance; and his siblings, Jonathan Smith of Eldorado, IL, Tina Thompson (Richard) of Steger, IL, Betty Mendoza (Rey) of Lowell, IN and Katrina Cessna (Matthew) of Omaha, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
