We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2025, at the age of 89, Ruby Milligan of Eldorado, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Steinsultz and Mary Heflin Steinsultz; her spouse Bert Milligan; her siblings, Leroy Steinsultz and Marida Graham; and her son Earl Milligan.
She is survived by: her stepmother Neva Steinsultz; her children, David Milligan (Sharon), Debbie Russell (Ron) and Darlene Milligan; and her grandchildren, Angie Dunning, Jennifer Butler (Jonah), Misty Eftink (Nathan), Damian Milligan (Katie), Tiffanie Travis (Dalton), Wayne Milligan and Holly Milligan.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home (211 N Jackson St, Harrisburg, IL 62946). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at the Lindale Cemetery.
