She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Steinsultz and Mary Heflin Steinsultz; her spouse Bert Milligan; her siblings, Leroy Steinsultz and Marida Graham; and her son Earl Milligan.
She is survived by: her stepmother Neva Steinsultz; her children, David Milligan (Sharon), Debbie Russell (Ron) and Darlene Milligan; her sister Freda Thomason; and her grandchildren, Angie Dunning, Jennifer Butler (Jonah), Misty Eftink (Nathan), Damian Milligan (Katie), Tiffanie Travis (Dalton), Wayne Milligan and Holly Milligan.
