He was predeceased by: his parents, Jariton (Duña Kubiuk) and Obera; and his granddaughters, Hannah Elise Farmer and Sophia Kaitlyn Farmer. He is survived by: his wife Lidia Jarmoszyk; his children, Carl Kubiuk (Susan), Mark Kubiuk (Blanca), Marsha Farmer (Matthew) and Patricia Grimm (Micah); his grandchildren, Mary, John and Daniel Kubiuk; and his children, Mia, Gianna, Emily, Jacob Farmer, Claire, Vivian and Andrew Schier.
