Barbara J. Ternoir Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Ternoir of Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on June 1, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald M. Milnor and Edna Mae Milnor; and her pets, Angus and Abby. She is survived by: her husband Jose "Pepe" Luis Luna; her sons, Dr. Mathew J. Ternoir and Stephen P. Ternoir (Nicole Carlos); her grandchildren, Austin Ternoir and Haylee Ternoir; her siblings, Nancy Thurber (Scott) and Darby Milnor (Sandy); her niece Emily Roach (Brian); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Darby and Maison Roach.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Organization of Autism Research (OAR), American Cancer Society, and/or American Lung Association.
