He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Phyllis O'Rourke and George Chovancek. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Chovancek and Maureen Chovancek of Elgin; his children, Makenna Manzo, Blake Chovancek and Stefan Clark; his sister Alyssa Chovancek; and his nephew Demarion Chovancek. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
