With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cassandria Walker Hill of Elgin, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2025 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Walker and Mary Magdalene Walker; her grandson Antoine; and her brothers, Sylvester Jr. and Dean Otis Walker of Houston, TX.
She is survived by: her husband Elbert Hill of Elgin, IL; her sons, Thomas Freeney of Elgin, IL and Antoine Walker Sr. of Avoca, NE; and her siblings, Mary A. Mayfield of Tyler, TX, Wanda F. Walker of Elgin, IL and Daniel C. (Katy). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
