He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Kujak; his children, Julie Schuring (Phillip), Scott Kujak (Kimberly), Kevin Kujak (Kristy) and Elizabeth Coley (Michael); his grandchildren, Evan, Miles Schuring, Aimee Kujak, Kylie, Jacob Kujak, Ava, Andrew, Alexis Willigman and Tessa Lopez; and his brother Gary Kujak (Claudia).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church, Elgin.
