He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony White and Geraldine White (Jahns); his son Michael David White; and his sisters, Carole Beeson and Mary Willis.
He is survived by: his wife Carol (McCord); his daughters, Laurianne White, Denise Lorman (Donald) and Christine Groves (Michael); his sister Teresa Lobianco; his siblings-in-law, David McCord and Jane Shimp (Bill); and his caregivers, Joanna Zielinska and Jeff Meyers. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
