He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Delaquila and Rose Delaquila; and his wife Clarice Conforti Delaquila. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Delaquila and Cherise Davis (Shawn); his grandchildren, Jaelyn Delaquila, Tyler and Giannia Davis; his sister Diane Campagna (Johnny); and his brother-in-law Fred Conforti (Leona).
