With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dennis Dilley of Elgin, Illinois, born in Louisville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 5, 2025 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Dilley and Wanda Virgina Alltop; and his sons-in-law, Terry Scearce, Dale Roehrig and Tom Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Letty; his children, Dennis P. Dilley (Debbie), Kathleen Scearce, Nicholas Burke, Mary Joe Roehrig, Elizabeth Simmons and Patricia Baxter (Vicky); and his great grandchild Dennis.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (504 W Main St, West Dundee, IL 60118). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
