We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2022, at the age of 63, Dimitrios Poulokefalos (Elgin, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christina; his children, Vicki Malamut (Adam), Stella Giometti (Nicholas) and Peter Poulokefalos (Nicole Dellaportas); his grandchildren, Massimo, Sienna and Mila; his siblings, Theotokis Poulokefalos (Sophia) and Sophia Karatzas (Haralambos); and his siblings-in-law, Christos Stathi (Litsa), Ioannis Stathi (Niki), Panagiotis Stathi (Effie) and Fond.

In lieu of flowers donations in his memory to St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church appreciated.
