She was predeceased by: her mother Beatrice Werfelmann (Duever); her husband Robert C. Becker; her father Rev. Arthur Werfelmann; her siblings, Ernest, Arthur, Martin, Gertrude, Clara, Eleanor and Etta; her son John; and her daughter-in-law Elaine.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Putre (Bill), Thomas Becker (Patricia) and Andrew Becker (Shelby); her daughter-in-law Paula Becker; her grandchildren, Matthew Becker (Ruth), Rachel Becker, Hallie Brewer, Luke Becker (Shanell), Jacob Becker (Gabby), Megan Raukar (Nate), Christopher Putre (Lindsay), Caitlin Balawender (Pete) and Kelsey Becker; and her great grandchildren, Remy, Aven, Lana Becker, Andrew, Eden, Ellie Putre, Ronin, Noah and Harlan Balawender. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren as well as many friends.

Family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association, of which Dorothy was a life-long supporter.
