He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Tang (Engtong), Brian Starks (Araceli), Bradley Starks (Heather), Brent Starks and Bridget Starks (Pok Xayachanla); his grandchildren, Emily, Amy, Sarah, Stephanie, Kendall, Grayson, Zoey, Zander and Zarina; his great grandchildren, Sophia and Lukas; and his brother Thomas Starks.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory of South Elgin (95 S Gilbert St, South Elgin, IL 60177). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
