He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank DeLoncker and Florence DeLoncker (Bandelin); his wife Debbie Garnhart; his children, Jennifer Tuton, Frank E DeLoncker III (Sarah) and Brian DeLoncker; his siblings, Bruce (Debbie), Barry, Robert (Ronell), Kathy Ohm (Larry), Michael (Tina) and Karen Hilton (Rodney); and his grandchildren, Kaleb DeLoncker, Caiden Tuton, Alice DeLoncker and Kinsli Meloney. He was also cherished by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
