He was predeceased by: his father Higinio Lugo Delgado. He is survived by: his mother Maria Rojas Morena; and his daughters, Rosa and Veronica Lugo.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Symonds-Madison Funeral Home (305 Park St, Elgin, IL 60120). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
