He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Bohlin and Darlene Bohlin (Ekstrom). He is survived by: his wife Cassandra (Bagg); his children, Dalton and Sydney; his siblings, Kevin (Pam) of Elgin and Laurie Weese (Gary) of Minnesota; and his father-in-law William Bagg (Cindy) of St. Charles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to an educational fund for Dalton and Sydney would be appreciated.
