He was predeceased by: his nieces, Pam Ehlert, Brittany Baganz and Chrissie Stevenson. He is survived by: his wife Rachel John; his children, Philip John and Rebecca Miller (Greg); his granddaughters, Kelsey and Emily Miller; his siblings, Frederic John (Phyllis), David John (Evelyn), Judy Leyva (Gilbert) and Dottie Moore; and his in-laws, Miriam Ehlert (Joel), Mark Baganz (Beth), Tim Baganz (Tracy) and Pete Baganz (Allison). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews step-grandchildren.
