He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick and Katherine. He is survived by: his wife Catherine (Jayko); his children, Christy Marzano, Connie Jepson (Josh) and Paul Sullivan (Elaine); his grandchildren, Declan, Aidan, Kael, Quinn, Lillian, Stella, Blair and Adeline; his brothers, Patrick (Mary) and Michael (Kelly); his siblings-in-law, Larry Jayko (Patti), Rick Jayko (Gina), Julie Bush (Don), Jeff, Paul and Mike Jayko (Annie); and his child Streamwood.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Jim's memory by playing a round of golf or casting a line into the water just as he would have enjoyed.
